The public Enquiry Process for CEN members to approve the draft prEN ISO 20700 as a European Standard, ended in March 2018. On April 5, the voting result of the CEN Enquiry was announced, with 100% approval (National Members having abstained are not counted in this vote).
Next Steps
Due to CEN internal regulations the final ratification of EN ISO 20700 is expected in 3 months. CEN TC 381 expects the publication of EN ISO 20700 at CEN level mid 2018, superseding EN 16114.
